Solo usa la página del internet porque es exacta mente lo mismo pro la página del internet sirve mas mejor. Just use the web page because it is exactly the same thing but the web page works better.

Here are my comments: 1) Poor personalization. It is not possible to save my personal information (lifemiles number, Emergency contact, personal details) to the app. LAN does A better job in offering this possibility 2) check in is time consuming. Because it is not possible to save personal information the check in process is very time consuming. LAN application auto fills all CHECK IN forms which makes it much more convenient. 3) Poor notification. My flight was canceled today and I was not informed. Given that I was checking in I would have expected some form of notification. 4) inefficient flight status search. Although I am check in the flight status question does not list my flight. I would expect an intelligent app that recognizes my flights and provides me status updates. Conclusion: LAN, lufthansa and Delta do much better jobs with their apps. The avianca app is inefficient and inconvenient. I kindly ask for improvement. Thanks

The worst airline app that has ever been made. I highly encourage anyone not to download this app. A total waste of memory on your iPhone.

The app is about 5 years behind US carriers apps. Functionality very limited and lacking in technology. To check-in I was directed outside the app to a browser. When I first attempted to check "Ticket Status," what exactly that means from a customer standpoint I dont know, it couldnt find my reservation. I tried again using all caps and that did the trick. But seriously, why? And if it only accepts capital letters, why wouldnt the app be programmed to convert all letters to capital letters? So stupid.

Avianca debería tener pena para tener esa app. Avianca should be ashamed to have this app. It does nothing.

How about if we get our heads out of Colombia and stat behaving like an international company? If youre not in Colombia, dont bother downloading this app.

Cant check in, it is just a link to avianca website. The app doesnt remember the user and password of frequent flyer program. No integration with apple wallet for the boarding passes.

Terrible check-in! Redirects you to a web page! Needs to be within the application and NEEDS integration with Wallet app! Come on! Its 2016 almost! Almost all airlines in the world do better jobs with their apps than Avianca does! Do something!

There should be no reason why international check is not allowed.

Tried to do check in and get the passbook boarding pass but now the application is not working any more with passbook, disappointed, I had to print my boarding pass

I can not believe that a major Latin American airline has such a horrible app. Have deleted and re-installed several times, but "country" from Colombia to USA can not be changed.

When enter the app wont let you change country from Columbia. Wont let you do mobile checkin which is the primary reason to use a mobile app. Also told me my flight changed so call. There was no flight change.

The app only functions for the country of Colombia, I live in the USA

I only wanted this app for one reason: to check-in online and get a boarding pass on my phone. Sadly, it cannot do that. It keeps getting stuck at Emergency contact info. I tried leaving it blank, I tried filling it in, it rejects it every time.

This app dont work at all! Someten mentioned it only works in Colombia, but thats where I am and it didnt even let me search for tickets. A waste of precious time!

Crashes. Doesnt offer any way to purchase tickets. General fail.

Nothing works. Spent 15 minutes trying to get boarding pass. Gave up. Could not find reservation by ref number but found it by ff number. Even then you could not check in.

Worst app I ever download!!! I tried to change the country it shows me and wont let me... It wont let me change Colombia! Very annoying so i had to delete this app! I think avianca should really pay more attention to this there is many travelers like me that prefer to buy a ticket using a phone anywhere or any time instead of have to wait to get to work or home and sit in front of a computer!

This app is useless. I wish I could give it 0 stars. I couldnt even start any of the options in the menu. Ended up checking in with Amadeus on Safari. Dont lose your time and go straight to Amadeus. Shame on you Avianca. If you want to compete with the big boys start by doing a decent app for your customers. I will avoid flying with Avianca so this is more than a simple app issue.

I fly Avianca often. This app never works for check in. Never!!! It says it does not recognize the ticket number or the confirmation number. You have to go to the Brazilian website in Portuguese to check in online. The English site also does not work for check in. What a joke. So much for being international.
