No Wallet for Iphone!!

And no Im not exaggerating. I travel with multiple airlines, and therefore have a couple of apps downloaded in order to make my life easier. However, Avianca has been the worst. Doesnt let me check in and says "theres a problem with your flight please call customer service" which immediately makes me think the worst (cancellation, etc). Calling customer service is a joke too though so theres that. Wont let me check flight status. Basically wont allow me to do anything I could possibly need it for. Not to mention the airline itself is a constant delay.

Absolutely useless. Doesnt load, crashes and the worst excuse for an app that I have ever seen.

Dont even bother

I downloaded and deleted. Im not going to support an app that has this kind of constant feedback. Ill find another way until they resolve their issues.

I NEVER got to make the check in, the app never works. Its better to remove this app from the App Store instead of offer this useless version. I tried so many times in different ways, restarting and reinstalling the app. Its always the same thing: doesnt work.

This is embarrassing. It doesnt even remember your log in. This is the most pathetic excuse for an app i have ever seen.

Crap from start to finish. Horrible app. Hopefully their planes and service is nothing like the quality of this app.

This app needs a major update! There are too many problems with this app to share on a review section. No positives from my experience.

This app is absolutely useless and does nothing. You would think an airline could have an app that works!!! I would give zero stars if it would let me !!

The app has the following issues : - It is not intuitive. - Not adapted to large-screen iPhones. - Poor UI design. - Does not save the travel information when you do check on ticket status.

Doesnt actually assist me in any way. Why does this exist?

I tried several times to log in but it pops up a message stating "theres an error with the app try again later"

I have done the check in and it doesnt let me obtain the boarding pass in my phone, it says I need to print it.

The worse airline app totally disappointing. Fix it ...

This app is the worse thing ever!! Dont waste ur time on this!! Avianca is a good fly company! Please get something better

Awful app. Should not be available in the Apple Store. Terrible.
