Worst app in the world

And no Im not exaggerating. I travel with multiple airlines, and therefore have a couple of apps downloaded in order to make my life easier. However, Avianca has been the worst. Doesnt let me check in and says "theres a problem with your flight please call customer service" which immediately makes me think the worst (cancellation, etc). Calling customer service is a joke too though so theres that. Wont let me check flight status. Basically wont allow me to do anything I could possibly need it for.
Not to mention the airline itself is a constant delay.
